I use this for homeschooling my children during the fall season/Thanksgiving. The poems are so wonderful, and the beautiful photographs are amazing!
This was my first one. I was so impressed, I'm getting more now for the other seasons!

I remember "Ideals" magazines from my childhood as having rather sappy poems and awful line art, some in monocolor. Today's "Ideals" magazines have full-color photos along with beautiful artwork and the poems range from sentimental to vividly evocative of the season, like the autumn poem "Torches" from a few Thanksgiving issues ago. This 2005 is typical with its beautiful photos. I now never miss an "Ideals" Thanksgiving issue due to the stunning autumn photos that make me feel like I'm home in New England again. And there are so few books about Thanksgiving for adults that are not recipe books! Thanks, Ideals!
