Tens:

Nines:
You should simply divide the couple of nines if the dealer is holding or not showing seven, eight, ace or ten. If he shows these numbers then you should hold these cards. This affects the entire game very positively for you.
Eights:
Just simply divide or split the pair of eights among the different hand.
Sevens:
This is little complicated but not very difficult. Make a hit when the dealer has eight or nine or ace and ten.
Sixes:

Fives:
