New and Upcoming Promotions
Genting Stanley = Network promotion. Satellites start February
13 with the first Super Satellite on February 19. Winning players will
receive a $3,000 package including buy-in to the Main Event at the
Genting Stanley National Poker Championships (GSNP) in March (with a
choice of whether to play in
Manchester,
Southend or Nottingham).
EPT San Remo = Network promotion. Satellites start February
23
with the first Super Satellite on March 1. Winning players will receive
a $10,000 package including buy-in the Main Event at EPT
San Remo in
April.
White Night Millions = Titan Poker promotion. Super Satellites
starting February 15. Winning players will receive a $12,500 package
including buy-in to the White Night Millions tournament, with
$1,000,000 in guaranteed prizes, which will be staged in
St.
Petersburg, Russia, in May 2008.
Leap Year Tournament = Titan Poker promotion. Players who have
played in at least 29 tournaments during the month of February are
eligible to participate in our Leap Year Tournament on February 29. The
top 29 players in the tournament win a share of $5,000.
New Depositors = Instead of having a weekly New Depositors
tournament awarding one $3000
prize, we will stage 5 tournaments (Sunday to Thursday) each awarding a
$600 prize. Players will be able to choose the electronic gift they
want to
receive. We are waiting for graphics and confirmation that we can
launch this promotion.
ECOOP II = Satellites for some of the events start on
February
25. The ECOOP II series starts
May 23 and will run for 10 days. $3.5 Million guaranteed in total.
We're
still waiting for the final ECOOP logo
design in order to begin graphics. This will replace the $2,000,000
as
our main promotion.
Madrid Open = Titan Poker sponsored event in
Madrid in May.
We are requesting network participation in the satellites. Graphics
will be based on the approved EuroCityPokerTour graphics from 2007.
Billionth Hand Promotion - iPoker has announced that we will
pass our 1,000,000,000 hand dealt sometime in May. We will have a
promotional countdown starting in April, with a total of $300,000 in
prizes. The winner
of the billionth hand, for example, will win $50,000! More details to
follow.
Ongoing Promotions
$2,000,000 Guaranteed - Network promotion. Our biggest tournament
ever will be staged on March 2, 2008.
Irish Open - Network promotion. Super Satellites on Wednesdays and
Sundays, awarding $8,500 packages to the Irish Open in March. 16 Titan
Poker players have already won seats.
Winter Poker League - Titan Poker and TonyGPoker promotion.
League tournaments continue until March 22. Budget for freerolls at end
of March = $60,000.
Omaholics - Network promotion. Awarding $100,000 to
Omaha Pot
Limit players based on their raked hands. Promotion runs through the
end of March.
VIP Raked Hand Race - Titan Poker promotion. Awarding $10,000
to
VIP players based on their raked hands at Hold'em Cash Tables stakes
$0.25/$0.50 and above. The race is between February 10 and February 13.
WPS Ocean World = Titan Poker promotion. Next Super Satellite on
March 9. One player has already won a $9,000 package to the World Poker
Showdown Ocean World event in the
Dominican Republic in May.
The monthly guaranteed prize pool on
the iPoker Network now exceeds $12.5 Million. We are updating our
graphics / texts accordingly and a press release will be issued this
week.
